We offer a return or exchange policy within 7 days from the day you have received the COD parcel. Please note the claim must be genuine and understandable and match our return policy. Return claimed after the 7 days will not be accepted. Before shipping back the return, it is compulsory to have telephonically contact our sales department. Must follow the instructions discussed with our sales dealing representative.
1 – In case of exchange, re-dispatch charges will be paid by the customer.
2 – In case of refunds, 40% admin charges will be deducted, and 60% of billed value will be paid to the customer.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects. Herbal products should not be unseal. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. We reserve the right to return a product if it is not in an adequate condition.
Original tags, instructions, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included with the product.
You must return the product in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached if it was delivered in a second layer of F9Mart packaging. Manufacturer’s boxes should not be taped or stickers applied. Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.
